In 2024, KWCC began a partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs (BGC) Kawarthas to provide Youth Services in Fenelon Falls.

A staffing grant from the City of Kawartha Lakes has enabled a BGC-staffed Drop-in for young people aged 12-18, to open, initially on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at Fenelon Falls United Church.
